Last week, I experienced a Reiki attunement, a process where a Reiki master transfers attunement energies to their students. The transfer of energy is innately spiritual and creates an energy channel between master and student. The 8 hour course was offered as a free workshop at Boston Children’s Hospital, and as an employee, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to participate in this special workshop. The group of women consisted of practitioners, nurses, and yogis. It was incredible seeing a group of eclectic and accomplished women gather together to enhance their practice.
