Understandably, everyone has their off days. I know I occasionally do. It is undoubtedly frustrating to be stuck in a negative rut. Especially now that the Boston days are getting colder and shorter (it drives me crazy to leave work and see minimal sunlight-I honestly need to invest in a sun lamp), I incessantly ache for little things to make my days happier and to decrease these “off” days I have. I wanted this post to focus on some tips and tricks that have helped me re-balance on days that are tough. In the past year, I have refined my list of short attainable goals that take 5 minutes or less.…
